Shibashi Qigong

If you're feeling stressed, tired, or disconnected from your body, Qigong offers a gentle way to restore balance through mindful movement, breathing, and relaxation.

Often compared to Tai Chi, Qigong is generally simpler to learn, with easy-to-follow movements that can be practised by people of all ages and abilities. While Tai Chi is a martial art performed as a flowing sequence of movements, Qigong focuses more directly on cultivating energy, improving health and wellbeing, and calming the mind.

Whether you're looking to reduce stress, improve balance, or boost your overall vitality, Qigong provides an accessible path to feeling more centred, relaxed, and in tune with yourself.

Discover the benefits of Shibashi, a gentle series of 18 flowing Qigong movements that combine mindful breathing, relaxed posture, and graceful motion. These easy-to-learn exercises are designed to help release tension, improve balance and flexibility, and encourage the smooth flow of energy throughout the body.

Practised as a continuous sequence, the 18 movements create a moving meditation that calms the mind, supports overall wellbeing, and leaves you feeling refreshed, centred, and revitalised. Suitable for all ages and abilities, Qigong is an accessible and enjoyable way to bring greater harmony to both body and mind.
